These are good, honest, passionate people who love what they do and are the best in the business! I personally have taken my dog here since she was 8 weeks and have always had a positive experience. Very knowledgeable staff. A great, family-owned, local business to support! Dr. Manning is the best in the business!
The most recent negative reviews here are unfounded and the result of a “smear campaign”. In fact, there was only one person who had a negative experience here and they recruited friends to leave negative reviews (despite those friends never having set foot in the practice).
Unfortunately due to negligence after a surgery our friends dog almost died. Bacteria from the clamp spread an infection to the dog. The owner took the dog back after noticing red bumps that were swelling and the vet said nothing was wrong with the dog and to take him home. After the swelling got exponentially worse the owner took the dog back a second time asking for help and the vet again denied anything was wrong and sent them home. Macho the dog ended up having to have SEVERAL emergency surgeries after a last minute second opinion from another veterinarian office. Had they not gotten the second opinion the dog would have died. Now the animal hospital is denying the entire thing despite the many photos, attempts at asking for help, and the obvious negligence. Not only did they almost lose their dog, but they almost lost their dog to something that could probably have easily been fixed with antibiotics or treatment right when it was discovered. Please don’t take your animals here. It is dangerous, careless and they have taken no responsibility or shown any type of remorse. Thank you for your time.
This animal hospital is honestly the best! All of the doctors are caring and respectful. They are also honest in their opinions! Dr. Manning is one of the most honest people that takes his job seriously and loves his clients! If you love your animals and want the best treatment and care for them do yourself a favor and take them here!
Dr. Manning and his staff are the absolute best! Both of my parents are retired veterinarians, and only trust this hospital to take care of our pups. Everyone always goes out of their way to make our pets feel comfortable and to ensure they get the best care possible. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Dr. Manning and the staff are all so wonderful. We have been taking our pup here since we got her, and this is the place to be! We recently had her spayed and the staff was so comforting - they could tell that I was nervous to leave her and they really made me feel like she was in good hands. They even kept her for two full days as I had to work a full day after her spay, which really helped me out. When I picked her up, they took me into an exam room to keep Maggie calm (after I paid, which was nice so I didn’t have to deal with that while I had Maggie with me). When she came in, they were all so sweet to her and I could tell she really felt safe and content there with the staff and Dr. Manning. The vet tech was so knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable taking Maggie home - I left without any questions because she was so thorough. We love y’all, thank you for taking care of our girl!
Additionally - the negative reviews being posted here are not consistent with the morals and level of service of this practice. Dr. Manning and staff are warm and knowledgeable, delivering an outstanding service that I am happy to bring my Maggie to - she loves coming here!
