Never had better! Anytime our puppy needs anything the Drs are attentive, polite, and explain next steps to us. I wish my Dr. was as good as our vets are. If you want a place that treats you like family- definitely go to Complete Animal Care in Wake Forest.
The Preventive Health Program (PHP) is a pretty awesome deal pay about the same as all the other vets for the basic care my new pup will need and also give me peace of mind that I can always take him back in if he gets any type of sickness for a free office visits.
I hardly ever write reviews, but I needed to say something about this animal hospital. My cat and I have never been treated in such an amazing way by any veterinarian before. The staff here are superb! They are friendly and endearing and they truly love all animals! They don't favor just dogs like most vets - they have cat exam rooms and knowledge of all types of pets. My kitty loved Dr. Beth and I was amazed by how above and beyond this vet hospital was! I've never experienced anything like it and we truly felt like a part of their family.
Very nice vet office. The very clean and simple, and the staff is very friendly. Just got a new puppy and they were very kind and patient with all my questions and concerns before I even scheduled my first appointment.
Complete Pet Care in the Heritage is the best!!! They are always friendly and quick to work you in. The doctors always make us feel comforted and informed. The vert tech staff is extremely personable while also being professional. That's no easy feat! My dogs love going there, to the point of clawing at their front door just to get in. It so reassuring to know that they will take of your fur baby as if it was there own. Thats how i feel every time I walk in. I cannot say enough good things about Complete Pet Care!
Once we went in the veterinarians were very friendly and willing to give more info with the additional questions that arose.
Perfect interactions. Everyone there is friendly. They put my nervous dog at ease. And when my cat had an allergic reaction to a vaccine, they saw her middle of the night and weren't even cranky about it! They really care about animals.
My only complaint is it is much more pricier than other establishments (my vaccines cost 3x more than other places,) but it was worth every penny! Even though I consider myself very financially burdened and I will still continue to go to this hospital, that's how incredible they were. They don't try to force procedures for money like some places do, so even if it isn't in your budget you HAVE to give this place a try! You really feel cared for and like a part of their family! What a great experience!
