Dr. Tran and staff have taken care of all my pets since about 2008. They are all so sweet and caring. We have had a range of all different issues and regular check ups. They have been through 2 pet deaths with us and are compassionate and caring. Most recently my 11.5 year old mini schnauzer passed at home. Dr. Tran was available via cell at night to tell me what to do and met me on a Sunday to help me with cremation. Outstanding vet.
We had an emergency, went in with a very sick kitten. First time there. While there, our baby stopped breathing. They rushed in, took him to the back, and did their best to resuscitate him. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done. We we're devastated. But the staff and the drs we're amazing. Very sympathetic, hugging us because we were so distraught. This isn't our regular vet. Ours was closed. But I would highly recommend them. Their level of caring and compassion was so comforting to us at such a difficult time.
When all vets who had cared for my beloved 16 yr old dog over the years failed us, Dr. Tran came through in our crisis. She and her staff were compassionate from 1st contact. She came through for my beloved pet with tenderness, patience and true compassion. And then she and her staff comforted US. Never experienced this before and cannot relay my appreciation. My search for the BEST VET is over. My fur babies and myself have found our angels. Words cannot relay my thanks for your support at our time of pain and sorrow.
