Love this dog park and it people! I have now moved and have yet to find another one like it! We travel for work so I go to a lint of dog parks. In VA Raleigh AL TX and LA I have not found one that even comes close!
Separate areas for small & large dogs. Running water (except in winter). Public restroom across the parking lot by ball fields. Picnic tables and bench for seating. No food allowed.
We take Bambi (our 70lbs boxer-bulldog-pit mix girl) here every now and then she loves it here. You'll find dogs of all sizes and breeds here. Everyone is very well behaved and I love that the dog owners at this park are such awesome people. The understand dogs, their playfulness, their mischiefs and don't make a big deal out of nothing. This dog park is a nice open area with a few scattered trees - thus, less chance of your dog running into a tree while chasing his / her fur friends. It does get hot during summer as there isn't much shade. Bambi has enjoyed her visits so far and we love meeting all the cool humans with their Uber cool babies!
A nice space, pretty well maintained and a lot of great owners. If it's your first time, try coming at a calmer time of day since the dogs tend to swarm around three new dogs and that can be overwhelming.
Love this! So much space for the pups and for your children. They have a playground for kids as well. Love!
