Waiting fifteen minutes so far for someone to help me get the heavy stuff to the car. Otherwise, good service once you get someone's attention. If I'm waiting much longer they will get less stars.
Nice newer store, and I didn't even have to ask for help -- they just saw me wandering around confused looking for a sharpening stone for my sister-in-law.
I ordered shutters from LouverView through Loew's home improvement. They had promised me 21 days from order to installation. I ordered the shutters on 29 September. Today is now November 1, and my shutters are not with the installer yet. I have also scheduled a housewarming/charity event at my house on the 10 of November. Today I talked to the Lowes today, and they said the installer would have the shutters on Tuesday the 7th of November but did not know if he could install by Friday. The only thing they offer for the 21-day promise is a $100 gift card to Lowes. I would instead a company that is partnered with Lowes keep it's $100.00 and not make a commitment they won't fulfill. If we had known that it would take much longer than 21 days, we would have scheduled the party another weekend. I am giving three stars because its out of Lowes Control, but they did recommend me to the company.

I would not recommend buying appliance from lowes improvement. I have been trying to fix my dishwasher, six months later is still not fixed. Very disappointed !!
