We purchased a grill from these guys and we had an excellent experience. Their patience with me was incredible. The grill was a substantial investment to us and we wanted to make sure we were making an informed decision. These folks spent the time with no pressure. Knowledge of the product was absolutely stellar.
Always great service. However this evening our office was struck by lightening causing a large hole in the roof. Kirk realized I was in desperate need of help due to the nasty storm approaching and came back to the office and did all he could to fix the issue then sent me the name of a roofer who came right out and repaired the roof. Amazing! Truly shows why everyone should support local businesses.
When we made the decision to buy, the service was incredible! They delivered the assembled grill and spent the time to familiarize me with its operation.
