Staff is always friendly and helpful. Restrooms and store are clean. I like that they will cut your fruits or veggies for you, its a little pricey, but in a hurry its great.
Sandy that works in the Bakery is an outstanding lady and store employee. She helped assist me in the Floral Dept. one morning and did an outstanding job even when her main duty is in the Bakery. I highly recommend going to this particualar store just because of Sandy.
Prices are pretty reasonable and you earn points towards free gas at their pump. Some think like 5 cents per gallon off for every $100 spent, not bad. However, if you need more ethnic items (hispanic/Mexican spices, etc) you won't find much here, go to Food Lion instead.
We use Lowes Foods To Go, and everyone that I talk to on the phone and everyone that brings our groceries out is extremely friendly. We get great produce and accurate orders, and ordering online couldn't be easier.
