The people at this Meineke are AWESOME. I went in for break pads and rotors and was given a reasonable quote. I've called several other places prior to coming into Meineke and was quoted nearly $400+ from numerous places including Pep Boys right across from them. The store manager Nick, Jay, Dewayne and everyone else is very knowledgeable and don't try to get all of your money. This is now my go to place for vehicle needs. I will be back and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you staff at Meineke!!!

These guys are great! I came in at 2:57 not realizing they were closing at 3pm. I needed brakes replaced asap and thought I was out of luck, but they offered to get it done for me and stay late. They had it done in about an hour for half the cost of what another shop quoted. They were friendly and helpful and showed me what they were looking at on my car before starting the work. Didn't try to sell me on anything unnecessary, just gave me what I needed. Great service!
One of the things that I've noticed from this particular Meineke is that the employees communicate with each other and take their time to show you what's going on with your vehicle. I will only take my car here from now on to be serviced. What a great staff! Keep it up guys!
I called from Florida to have my car towed and fixed and the whole crew did an amazing job, fixed my car within a week and kept me updated the whole time. They made this stressful experience just lovely. If I lived in North Carolina I wouldn't use anyone else !!!! Also shout out to Jay because he was the one who spoke with me and handled me the most,he was great.
