Never any problems and very clean and good guys. The only negative I have is when I cancelled my unit I forgot to get over and take my lock off and they cut it without a call. Not a big deal just wish they would have called and said hey we are cutting it today if you don't come.

Kevin is a good guy but the "climate controlled" units have a serious animal piss smell issue. I moved my things out over two months ago and I am still dealing with rodent or cat piss smells. It's nasty so don't even think about using their "climate controlled" units.
The manager, Kevin, is a super helpful, great guy. The facility is very clean, secure, and easy to get around. I definitely recommend Extra Attic on Louisburg Road.
