Went to rack room looking around and with Erika's help I was able to fine two pairs of shoes. She was very knowledgeable about rack room's product in her store and so helpful. I am thankful she help me. Then went checkout with Eric who was a southern gentleman who help me get a reward card. I will be back to this rack room!!!!
Sat at the counter waiting to pay for 11 minutes. The 2 female employees and one male employee acted like they didn't see me in their tiny store. If I could give less than 1 star I would
Pretty good selection and prices, unless you're looking for a wide size. Then you'll be lucky if you can find 3 or 4 pairs that actually fit. To be fair, this is a problem at most shoe stores.
I can usually find good comfortable shoes for both myself and my family here. They carry some wide width and I wish They Carried more in my size but usually can find what I'm looking for. The customer service is always really good and they help you pick things out period and if they don't have it they'll see if they can get it for you.
