That means the clothes and bargains are constantly changing, so it's different every time you go in the store.

If you are a consignor, forget about getting an appointment to sell your clothes. There are none and she only books 2 appointments each weekend. I don't understand how you want to run a business selling clothing, but you can't get in to have your clothes consigned. Going somewhere else. Ridiculous.

I had a great experience both consigning and purchasing here.

I was introduced to this shop several years ago and the first time in, I got some great shoes! I've been consigning and shopping there since and have found great buys. I really like the charm of the shop and its staff. Plus, you'll find items here that are truly unique; not like all the racks and racks of all- look- the- same at the mall. Prices are very reasonable and are discounted with time.

Stopped in here yesterday with my mother-in-law, and while they had some cute things at really good prices,we found their customer service to be lacking. Not only were we not greeted on arrival, not one person ever asked if we had any questions, needed any help, or even aknowleged the fact that we were there at all.We were completely ignored by the ladies working there, although they spoke to other shoppers who came in. Since we were there for a good 20" or more, and shopped all over the store,it's not possible that we wren't seen, so I am not sure what the reason for it was.

Yes, appointments book up quickly, so consignors need to plan ahead for each season. They take two consignor appointments a day, 7 days/week so their appointments can be hard to get, especially at the beginning of a season, which helps control their inventory, which is unlike Plato's Closet or Clothes Mentor where you just dump off your clothes. Instead they are particular about what they accept and you're only paid when they sell, so they are much choosier. Quality vs. quantity, I guess.

Finally found a great secondhand shop! Most other consignment shops are too pricey to be worth it but this place has great discounts. I got four peices in great condition for $35. I generally care less about season or trend, (though this shop stays on top of both) but I want clothes that are in great condition and Next did not disappoint like Plato's Closet did. Sales associate was very helpful and cheerful. I didn't have to spend hours picking through racks either, which is a plus. It's a bit of a drive for me but totally worth it and I will be back! Also love that they are small, locally owned, and community oriented.
