Usually very good service and food. Tonight server was sitting at the bar and the manager was enabling her. New server had no training from what we can tell. Quick to remake food but the issue was the poor management or the lack of. She rushed in the door clearly late for her shift. Our first half hour there was zero management and poor service
Not my first choice but I had to leave the Ale House because we didn't get any service over there. We came here and got excellent service here. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.
Prime time dinner time we go in to be told there is going to be a 20-25 min wait as 8-10 others sat waiting as well. I look at the bar seating 3 empty and clean tables with a minimum of 3 chairs at each table. Then notice 4 other big tables ready so I started to wonder about why all of these people are having to wait. We had 3 in our party and were willing to sit anywhere. The bar was full the bartender nowhere in sight. I asked the hostess of we could just grab a empty table at the bar area. She said she had to ask her MGR and walked towards the back shortly after asking over her headset. I pulled the plug to avoid yet another bad experience here. We left and went to the Mexican restaurant around the corner and had a great time. Management at Applebees in WF you need to wake up!
This is the most unprofessional location ever. My partner and I came in at 12:30 to get out favorite dessert, the Blondie. We arrive to the bartender/host swearing with drunk customers. He approached the bar and proceeded to sit down. He then ejected from his conversation and ushered us away from the bar and across the restaurant, threw the menus on the table and said enjoy. The manager that came to serve us appeared to be new as she didn't know oei in to common items. She was happy to go get to the answer but still... Overall I'm disappointed with Applebee's and it's choice of employees. The Blondie was fresh and wasn't burnt. THANKS
It was horrible ... The waiter talked to friends and goofed off.... The manger was stressed out and didn't know what to do....we had a group of waiters behind us in a booth they did nothing but cussed and acted like they had no raising ..... I paid the bill in full and told the manager we would never be back !!!! The food was cold and no refills on the drink :(. .
