I have been a health care provider for 37 years and have never experienced a medical office where everyone from receptionist to Md appeared miserable and unfriendly. I really don't care about the bedside manner as long as they know what they're doing but I took my elderly mother there for her first visit and couldn't believe how "unfriendly" the staff acted. Very unusual to find a whole office with miserable looking staff!
I have been there several times now to see Alicia Kitchel, NP and she is awesome!. She has immediately solved several lingering issues of mine and has a wonderful rapport with her patients. I highly recommend her as a care provider.
I had a great first visit. I was glad to have a provider willing to take the time to listen and cover all bases of my needs.
I changed to DPCWK a year ago. I love the Dr.s the nurses are very caring. If I have any issues or concerns they always find away to fit me in and check out the issue.
