Thursday evening at 7 pm and there was no staff anywhere on the "home" side of the store. At least a half dozen groups of customers called, paged and hunted down anyone who could help us to no avail. The pharmacy guy can't open the ammo case, the grocery guy can't issue a hunting license, etc. Ridiculous. I could maybe understand if it was late, but we're talking 7 pm during the holidays. If you don't have staff then, what's the point? Not the first time this location has been seriously understaffed. Very poorly managed location, especially for a fast growing area like Wake Forest.
Tried going to this location twice. The first time was the worst experience I have ever had at any Walmart, with customer service. I will not bore you with the details. The manager was on top of it so good for him, but that did not change the experience. The second time my husband went and the service was still bad. Like Walmart. Don't like this location. The Triangle Mall location seriously has better customer service all the way around.
A+ store. It has a larger selection of merchandise than most Wal-Mart stores. I enjoyed shopping here.
Imagine! Patience and smiles on the faces of retail employees just days before Christmas and THAT was my experience this evening at the Wake Forest Walmart!!!! Each person in several departments was kind and I'd like to say a special thank you to Sabrina her help in my first experience with the automated pick up center. I went after the pick up hours but she walked me, an older and technologically challenged person, thru the steps and I was able to get my package. It was nice to save shipping charges and I will take advantage of the service again. It turns out it was easy! Merry Christmas ya'll!
Need more cash registers open...everyone agrees the shopping experience would be much nicer if not standing in line so long!!!
