I have never had a bad experience at the Wake Forest Super Target. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Love Target. Always find what I need or something that will work. Don't forget the Target app to see what else they have online or in stock at another store. You can also use it to find where it's physically located (aisle number) in your store. Don't forget the free Cartwheel coupons on there too!
My boyfriend and I went into the store to purchase medicine from the pharmacy and decided to go and take a look at the Christmas selection. As we approached that section he wanted to purchased a light bulb for his new lamp. We went checked out at the self check out section. I asked him to not place the item in a new bag; rather, he should place the item in the bag we already had. I place the item/ light bulb on the weigher and we proceeded to check out. Once the item was purchased we proceeded to leave the store. An alarm went of for what ever reason causing some women to check our bags. However she stated my keys may have set the alarm off. I have often shopped at the target due to it being in my neighborhood and my keys have never went off. I believe that this store was targeting us; no pun intended. This store did the same thing to a friend of mine when he was in the store purchasing items. I believe with in this climate where nationally race is a topic; ringing false alarms and stopping minorities is not the best look for Target. If it was true that my key had triggered the alarm or lets say any of our clothing, how come when we walked in the store no alarm went off? how come once you checked our bag and we left through the same "alarm system" that rang nothing went off? I just wanted to forward minorities of this behavior at the Target in Wakeforest, NC. Please be very cognizant of the micro aggressive behaviors in Target.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They went out of thier way to help me in a department of the store they had not been trained for and were able to answer all my specific questions in that department. Also I use the CVS pharmacy there. The pharmacy staff is the best I've seen for CVS smart and friendly.
This particular store is a Super Target so it has almost any item you'd ever hope to find in a store. Rating it as 4 stars since there never seems to be enough checkout lanes open, regardless of how busy or empty the store is.
