I LOVE this store!! Wonderful selection and very helpful and friendly staff! They carry a wide variety of healthful, Made in the USA products, since I am very picky about what my dogs eat. I wanted to get a baby Guinea Pig since I recently lost my pet bunny and I missed having a small furry critter around. I asked the owner, Kevin and he said he could get one for me. I had my little furry bundle the next day! I highly recommend Pet Mania!!!
We have been buying our cat and dog food here for over a year and have been pleased with the friendly service and helpfulness of the employees. We recently bought a new bag of our usual cat food, The Wild Salmon, and found that our cat was vomiting violently very soon after eating it. We took her to the vet and they ran blood work, gave her fluids, and found no problems with the cat. After several days, we took her home and as soon as she ate The Wild cat food started vomiting. We suspected that was the problem and after researching on the Internet found that the company had numerous complaints of the same nature although most were from dog food. I called Pet Mania and asked for the owner to call me figuring if there was a bad batch of food, he/she would not want other pet owners to get it and possible kill their pet. A month later and no response. I just hope other did not have to go through our harrowing experience with the same food.
