We went a little bit before 5 am and apparently they were just getting done with a big rush because the place was messy. We had to wait for a table to be wiped off, so we could sit down. Then we asked for coffee, and a fresh pot was made, but we waited 10 mins for the waitress to bring us a cup and take our order because she was cleaning some "board." At this time there were only 4 of us in there. After that we waited another 15 mins before we started getting any of our food. The food was good and hot, and the service was decent, I just think that they needed more than 2 people working at that time. The employees were stretched too thin and the customers suffered because of that.
The most disgusting place on earth, people deal with everything with their hands, they don't wear gloves, they don't clean their hands, everybody is touching everything and then straight ahead to your food, VERY NASTY, and not just that but the lady there is giving the towel to my husband to clean the table instead of her moving her ass to the other side to come and clean it!!! This place should close all of their nasty branches or teach people how to be clean, VERY very nasty and cheap
I mean, it's a waffle house. If you've never been then imagine if Walmart served breakfast in a dinner setting. If you have been before then it's like every other one you've ever been in, only slightly newer. I got a waffle. It was cheap and as expected. Admittedly it wasn't terrible. The service was surprisingly decent and the order was correct. They had plenty of condiments and everything needed. Nothing special, but just what you expect.
Food was excellent. Place is a little small tho but still nice. Great customer service.
I would give zero stars if I could because that’s the amount of service we got! We walked in to a fairly empty restaurant and sat at the bar. All three employees behind the counter made eye contact with us but never acknowledged us! The kid behind the register went back to playing on his phone, walking right by to check on other people in the booths. The woman acted like she never saw us. The cook was the only one actually doing anything at all. So after ten minutes of starting aimlessly at the menu waiting, we got up and walked across the street to Zaxby’s and got our food and left in less time than we had sat in Waffle House. Find another Waffle House location, this one sucks!
