We order for delivery occasionally and the food is always excellent and we have just accepted the fact that it will always be at least an hour. However, very seldom is it less than an hour and a half and more times than not, they forget to bring part of the order and we get it in installments or the driver cannot find our house. The fact that GPS is a thing and we live on the corner of a subdivision not 10 minutes from the restaurant it is pretty aggravating. I put an order in tonight at 6:10 and just called at 7:35 to check on it and it was still sitting in the "hot box". I just called again at 8 and it has just now left. So it's been sitting for almost 1/2 an hour. Still don't have it.
Making pizza and delivering it should not be that difficult!!!
After the 3rd phone call and talking to 3 different employees because Doug the manager was "too busy" to talk to me, finally got our lukewarm food at 8:30.
2 and 1/2 hours for delivery. Everytime we called they had an excuse. They continued to say if it doesn't come in 20 minutes call back. The girl on the phone had an attitude. The manager was "too busy to talk to me". When the pizza finally got here it was cold and had to be reheated. This will be the last time my family will order from here.
Perfection is worth the wait. Best pizza we have ever had! Awesome owner too.
I'm a huge fan of Rosati's but this location was hit and miss. Most times excellent but a few times was not as good. Highly recommend their chicago style deep dish.
Came here with my wife on date night and the owner was there. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service! He overheard we were on a time crunch for our movie and he pushed our order through so we could still make the movie!! On top of that, pizza was stellar as well!! Could not recommend this place higher!! If you want great food with great customer service, Rosati's is the place to go!! Job well done! We will be back! Thank you!! And did I mention kids free on Tuesdays!?! Win all around!!
