Everyone that I have dealt with there is extremely nice and helpful, which is typically uncommon for a state agency, especially like this. If you go in with a smile and a GREAT attitude, it will definitely help and they will be more than willing to help you with the same GREAT attitude back.
The staff and doctors are really nice, but they have got to do something with the check in process. There have been several appointments I've had and each time I've waited in line for over 30 minutes. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment but what's the point when there's only 2 check in ladies at the front desk and a line of people waiting to be seen?
