Waited a little while without any acknowledgement even though I had an appointment..But the guy who helped after that was nice and knowledgeable about how to fix my issue quickly.

Service are knowledgeable, fast. I'll be going there for now on vs. driving to Triangle Town Centre.

WORST experience ever every time I go in there. All they are worried about is their commissions. I will start doing all my upgrades online and not pay all the fees they try to get you to pay at the store.

This store is shady. Allow me to explain the situation we have at hand. On 2/25/2017 my husband and I paid off our contract with verizon because sprint promised us a cheaper bill and unlimited coverage. My husband and I could use the financial break...both of us in school, still in the newlywed phase and trying for a family. We were lied to. We cover both our lines and my husbands mom's phone because she lives alone and it's the least we could do. My husband and I opted to take the promotion they were offering on their iPhone 7 plus. Accepting that promotion unlocked the promotion to get a "free" iPad mini since we were purchasing apple products. Not being gullible we asked for the fine print, and asked (just to be thorough) "will having this iPad force us to pay a monthly data plan on it? Because if it does, we are not interested because we are trying to save money. Yordy said "With this promotion, you will NOT need a data line the device is free". We accepted it. After going over our taxes, monthly cost of our devices and phone insurance cost we were given the monthly total for 3 phone lines with their unlimited plan and were quoted $188/month. Which yes, would have been $76 cheaper than our former cell phone company. We excitedly accepted. The iPad wasn't in store so my husband had to pick it up later that week. In that time sprint cancelled our promotion that would make the iPad free. (Little to our knowledge...until we got our bill 2 weeks later and it was a whopping $260) Mt husband called to dispute, because this was far off the mark from our quote...coming to find out that our promotion had been cancelled and a data line on the iPad had been opened up costing $35 extra/month. Hidden in there were also activation fees (and some double charges which NO ONE could explain or right.)We asked them to cancel the data line and we would happily return said iPad. They refused!!! Finally, after talking to 6 Filipino customer care associates, they "regranted the free iPad promotion." Little did we know...this was a one time adjustment. Our next bill for the following month was even worse...$291. This time we went to the store to work out a resolution and had them talk to customer care. Customer care and the store basically told us there was nothing that could be done unless we wanted to pay $529 to get out of the iPad promotion. (That was supposed to be Free, but was cancelled in a shady manner!) we refused. Customer care finally told us that if we returned the device to the store we were at disputing this whole mess...that then the device would be cancelled and the excess data line removed. We agreed. But once we told the clerk who was helping us what customer care said her reply was "we don't accept return devices. They should have offered you a return kit. Since you are at a retail sprint store, you need to go to our corporate store and work this out with them." We go to said corporate store with iPad, box and all the contents of the box. The staff at the corporate store were AMAZING. They advocated for us, spent literally hours on the phone with National Sales Support and Sprint Customer Care to right this cluster we found ourselves in, one lady named Imani was the best. She talked to a dozen different people and even phoned her corporate supervisor when she too found herself at the end of her rope and exhausted all avenues...but after much ado told us "I sorry, there's nothing they can do because of the way it's notated in the system. I am so sorry. " She said this sincerely, and apologetically. Because of the higher cost and the shady business that is (an almost bankrupt business) the hubs and I decided to try to go back to verizon. Since we're so new to sprint the only way to get back with verizon is to pay off our new iPhones and iPad with sprint which would cost $1200 that we don't have. So here we stay, stuck with sprint for 18 months...and eventually being forced to pay $529 for an iPad that was "free" in order for us to be able to afford our monthly bill. We are disgusted with sprint and need a resolution.

After having issues with my phone, I called and spoke to Ryan ! and he was so helpful! ..

I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK YOU FOR OUR CONVERSATION TODAY! THANK YOU RYAN!
