Our visit was great! We stacked appointments for my son and I, and they were very accommodating for the time we spent there and to my crazy 3-year-old. The kids area is set up nicely, the token system they have for kids is great, and the lobby is comfortable and very nice. The hygienists were very nice (we each had a different one), and the dentist was great! I'm happy we chose this place as our new dentist in the area. Highly recommend!
I am very disappointed with Triangle Family Dentistry. They said they have a cancelation fee of $50 for every hour if you're canceling 24 hours before your appointment. However, this policy is quite unfair and wasn't made clear to us when we initially made the appointment--we would have canceled earlier if we had known about this policy.
Had a great experience as a first time patient. The facility is very nice with state of the art equipment (and they let you listen to your favorite music). The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, always making sure that you were comfortable and informed about their procedures. I look forward to future appointments!
My 8 year old went in for canine extractions. Dr. Brown and Stacey were so great with her! At the moments where most adults would cringe, she was a Rock Star! She did not shed one tear! Amazing team! We couldn't be more thankful for great dental experiences.
I had an appointment today that didn't go quite as expected. I must say they the staff at Triangle were very professional and accommodating (what a great staff). This appointment could have gone completely different. Trips to the dentist are usually stressful within it self but Triangle family dentistry has given me a new outlook (and a better smile).
