This place is AWESOME!!!! Totally saved my day, brought in my two muddy pups last minute & they were more than happy to help me out! Got them all cleaned up - just look at how happy they are!!!
The owner of Dirty Dogs, Vanessa Davis, ordered $90 worth of dog themed necklaces from me in April 2016, a small handcrafter in South Carolina. For seven months she refused to pay me, citing 'accounting error' or 'I already paid you'. I told her MANY times to check the address, and she obviously didn't. Finally was paid January 4 2017, but THE CHECK BOUNCED. She eventually sent me a good check, but refuses to pay my bank's bounced check fee of $10. And she ignores my emails. Yes, it is a small amount, but this person is not honest. I will be taking her to Small Claims Court. But do you want to do business with this person? I wouldn't.
Then funny how she just gave herself 5 stars in order to reply and boost her rating! The tags were never shipped and phone calls never made! My daughter did not apologize for all THEY did wrong. This is hysterical!!
This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered dog tags for my two dogs January 22 and went in the week later and the employees couldn't find them had no idea what I was talking about. I called multiple times for two months until I finally got the owner and she said she shipped the tags and also said she was sorry that she was opening another store, not a good excuse. I never received the tags and multiple times called for a refund to be ignored until I threatened to go to my bank. Which I did go to my bank and that's when she finally called me back. After that, I did not call her back bc my bank was handling it. I then called again because my bank said it had been too long to dispute the charge, and after begging for a refund they finally stated they would give one! After 6 months of hassle on Thursday I got a refund! What a pain!!! The manager when I went in to get the refund was so rude as well, I had to threaten an attorney to get the money actually refunded. This company has the worst customer service and the fact that she is writing to respond that I apologized which I never did because they were in the wrong and it's just interesting that she is saying she sent the tags twice but when I asked her if she had a tracking number she stated she didn't do that so don't you think she would do that if she sent the tags again? Don't think that the tags were ever sent again. She also asked me how she would know I didn't receive them and just was trying to get money?? Well if I disputed the charge with my bank I can guarantee I didn't get the product. This company is the worst and I would recommend no one go to it!!! Woof gang bakery is so much better and right up the street! you never bash your customers on your reviews, what a joke this business is!
This is literally the worst business with the worst customer service. Ordered something in January, never received it even after calling multiple times over the last six months and they wouldn't give a refund. They were rude and didn't want to do anything to remedy the situation. Finally had to ask them to put it in writing so I could give to my attorney and they reimbursed today! Also won the dog competition through WRAL which includes a gift from here. It was so bad and not as described that WRAL had to compensate me for Dirty Dogs not providing what they told them. I wish I could put less than one star!
My little man Jackson has been going here since he was 8 weeks. He is now 4 years old and he loves all the people here. They take great care, time and diligence to ensure your animal gets the best care while there. I recommend trying them out for yourself and see the difference.
