I had a great experience yesterday at this dealer! Ron (salesman) and Neil (finance) were a pleasure to work with. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me. I definitely feel like I got a good deal on my trade-in and my new ride! I’d buy from them again in a heartbeat.

This facility is awesome. Each time I visit the staff have been super. Very professional and efficient. The staff gets you in and out quickly. Waiting facility is always clean. Best location ever! Keep up the great work! Highly recommend this location - Ford - Wake Forest

A couple weeks later, their website showed a 2012 or 2013 F-150 Platinum for a very reasonable looking price (many used truck prices are not reasonable - across the board). There were no pictures yet, but well priced trucks move fast so I stopped by on my way to work to try to make something happen!

When I arrived and explained the truck I wanted to see, they started to look uncomfortable for a second. The manager told me that they were sorry but they could not sell a truck 'that nice' for the amount stated. I showed them their own website, and they just said "well sorry, that's a mistake and we would lose money at that price" and so he went and took it down.

Richie (sales) and Rodney (finance) were absolutely fantastic at Crossroads Wake Forest. Very professional. Never pushy. The entire process was as painless as buying a car could possibly be. They were a joy to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Last fall I looked at some F-150's here with my wife. They seemed okay at first - the salesman was friendly and showed us a couple of new and used trucks. But the used F-150 we were interested in had been "sent to the body shop". So we left to keep watching for new inventory and keep considering new vs used.

Loved a vehicle this dealership had but will not do business with them out of principle as I had THE WORST car buying experience of my life here. In the process of pulling out the paperwork/negotiating, I was passed around to four different people. The giant sign in the car had the car listed at a little less than 20k but they wanted to start negotiations at over 21k because "that is what their website has it listed at." My SO literally had to walk out to the car and grab the sign the price was listed on so they would believe us. That should've been the first sign to us. Alas, we couldn't come to a complete compromise on price that night, but we left keeping their final offer in mind to consider. A few days passed and my SO and I called back to accept their final offer, as we really did like the car. At that point the sales representative redacted their offer from the other night and gave us an offer over 1k more than what they had promised the other day. When my SO pointed out what we were offered the last time we were in the store, the sales rep had the audacity to say "well you should've bought the car the other day then, shouldn't you have?" I am flabbergasted by that comment. We tried to call back to speak to a manager about our experience and despite calling 5+ times, no one ever called us back. Customer service and honesty are not a priority at this dealership and I will never do business with them. If I can't trust them to be honest about prices, I'm not sure what other shady business practices they employee.

At the time I thought it was a little shady. So we ended up buying a new F-150 somewhere else. I didn't remember to write a review about it until I had an 'experience' this weekend with the Quick Lane. Then I remembered this sales experience that basically amounted to false advertising. Sorry guys, but this is the Internet age - you gotta have it all together all the time just as though you had printed your advertisements in a newspaper. Otherwise you're going to lose something more valuable than money - trust.
