Jenna, Jinny, or something of that nature. Absolutely, rude and short. Called in with a question. As i am new to the area and boy was i shocked at how short she was with me. Turned me off, I would suggest going to the one on falls of the neuse. Never would i think someone at a bank would be so rude. As it is suppose to be a place for professionals.
