I loved the doughnuts! I mean they are my favorite. I dislike because of the way my 5 yr old and I was treated by one of the workers. When I give you an order don't yell back at me that I can't order that! I easily made a mistake in ordering the number of doughnuts and she could have easily said ma'am the number of doughnuts don't add up correctly. Then when we checked out she yelled, "wait! I haven't finished inputting your total!" When I was just doing what the screen told me to do in scanning my rewards card. So because of this I will not be going back there or I will go to the drive thru where there was a nicer worker there. I'm not going to throw her name on her but it's tempting.
OMG - nothing like a fresh hot KRISPY KREME donut !! Melt in your mouth good. Loved it. Nice donut shop.
RUDE staff... I get they are understaffed, but jeez, this is your job. I went in the other day in a very good mood, they had the hot now sign on, and i swear they all seemed so miserable and boy ask a question and they act like you are asking for their first born. My sympathy goes out to the manager who clearly is trying hard to make up for the lack luster and rude performance of the staff. I will not be returning for a few months, hopefully by then they have new staff members.
Perpetually understaffed and don't get me started on the high prices and shrunken donuts... but the hard-working manager does a good job making customers feel valued and the place is sparkling clean. I keep coming back.
I like their cake Donuts. I think I like McDonald's coffee better though. I don't really like their original glazed donuts though. Taste like they took spam and made it into a donut.
